About Our Staff

The staff of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Associates of Tampa Bay – Drs. Lockey, Glaum, Cho, and Pepper– are committed to providing you with the best comfort and medical care possible.

Our friendly and helpful staff includes Dona, our practice manager; Robin, our front office coordinator; and Tori, our charge nurse. The front office team includes our billing specialist, referral coordinator, and the front desk/scheduling staff. Our medical staff of nurses and certified medical assistants is built upon a solid foundation of technical expertise, of which two are nationally certified asthma educators, and all are trained in the event of emergency care. Every member of our staff is highly experienced and capable of offering you the quality care you deserve.

All of our staff attend educational meetings on an annual basis including sessions at the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and the Medical Group Management Association. They also stay up-to-date on OSHA regulations, CPR, and other updates to increase their expertise areas to serve you, our patient.
